I wish I’d spent more time in Venice. Even though the city is a bit on the pricey side, it’s not all that unreasonable to spend a good amount of time there, especially if you get the bulk of your food from the grocery store and keep the shopping to a minimum. Maybe it’s the lack of cars that makes it so relaxing, or just the beauty of it all. But either way, Venice was definitely worth visiting.
Strawberries for sale at the famous Rialto Market.
More gondolas, with an endless stream of patrons.
View from the top of the tower in the Piazza San Marco. It cost €8 to take an elevator up to the top, but the views were spectacular.
My last gelato in Venice. This one was some sort of cookie-flavor. It basically tasted Biscoff spread, or Trader Joe’s Cookie Butter. So good.
After a two hour flight and a confusing train ride from the airport, I finally arrived in London! It was another hour till I finally got to my hostel. London is confusing.
